Is AminoLiance HIPAA compliant?+
HIPAA compliance is shared between software and practice. AminoLiance provides the technical safeguards — unique logins, two-factor authentication, role-based access, automatic sign-out, encrypted secrets and an append-only audit trail including every view of a chart — and every subscription includes our Business Associate Agreement. Your practice remains responsible for its policies, training and how the system is used.
Who counts as a user?+
Each person who signs in to your practice — physicians, nurses, front desk and billing staff. Patients never need an account: they sign through a secure link or on a device in your office, at no extra cost.
Can we use our own consent forms?+
Yes. Start from the built-in peptide therapy consent and the standard library, copy and adapt a form with your counsel, or build your own field by field. Every published version is frozen; signed documents always show exactly what the patient signed.
Does AminoLiance process our patients' card payments?+
No. AminoLiance records cash-pay invoices, payments and refunds from whatever you use today — card terminal, cash, Zelle, HSA/FSA — and keeps your books. Your subscription to AminoLiance is billed separately.
What happens if we cancel?+
Your workspace becomes read-only at the end of the paid period. You can still sign in, view every record and export everything to Excel and PDF — your records are yours.
Do we need a card for the trial?+
No. The trial includes the full plan you choose. Add a payment method any time before it ends to keep going without interruption.
